Road Safety Awareness Week – from Monday 21st November

Road Safety Awareness Week is an annual campaign, organised by Brake, the road safety charity. The theme is “SAFE ROADS FOR ALL” because every life on our road matters, and every death and injury are preventable.
Road Safety Week is scheduled to be held the same week as Anti-Bullying Week, we felt it was important to give both campaigns their own week so have moved Road Safety Awareness Week to the following week – starting Monday 21st November.
During the week the children will be learning about the importance of Road Safety for all by drawing attention to key areas of road safety, including safe roads, safe vehicles and speeds, and the importance of inclusivity to keep us all safe on the roads.
